Brewery house is a restaurant-craft brewery situated right in the center of the town of Bojnice at Hurban Square. It was established in former “Pálffy stables” and the walls of which breathe history. Restaurant cares about the quality of ingredients from which meals are prepared and favors products from small Slovak farms. Visitors to the restaurant can see directly to the brewery, as it is located behind a glass wall. Five kinds of beer of their own production are always available, lagers alongside top-fermented stronger specials – ales. Beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized therefore it keeps all the important nutrients.
