Blue- marked long-distance cycling route is possible to complete as whole in 2 days. You can combine it with other cycling routes in the district of Prievidza. It begins in Nitrianske Pravno, then follows to Tužina and starts to rise up the forest path to the saddle Javorinka. At the end of the valley cycling route turns left and goes on through the Valley of Gápel to the Saddle Gápel. Taking forest path it goes down to the settlement of Gápel and the village of Čavoj. From there it takes strengthened forest path through Temeš, Nevidzany, Liešťany and Kostolná Ves. Under the dam wall route turns left to Banky, then Mačov, Diviaky and Diviacka nová Ves. From there it goes along the river Nitrica taking the asphalt road through villages of Nitrica and Dolné Vestenice. After passing those it goes the district of Partizánske, through Hradište, Skačany, Veľké and Malé Kršteňany and turns back to district of Prievidza right before the village of Oslany. After that is goes through Ľubianka and from there it takes strengthened forest path to valley of Bystričany, crossing the village of Kamenec pod Vtáčnikom, Lehota pod Vtáčnikom, Podhradie and Cigeľ. Then it rises up to the saddle under Uhlisko and after a traverse under the Malý Gríč it goes down to the town of Handlová. Routel then continues by rising up to Remata and Ráztočno. Above the village, along the bottom of Žiar range it leads to Nedožery-Brezany and following the national road no. 64 and the side road through Pravenec and Solka it brings you back to Nitrianske Pravno.

Veľké Uherce – Oslany – Ľubianka – Horná Ves – Rudica – Radobica – Cerová – Saddle Under the Rajtok – Veľké Pole – Saddle Veľké Pole – Veľké Uherce.
Green-marked cycling route – returning cycling route is characterized by mild up to medium difficulty and it is suitable for both families with children and sport – recreational tourists. For the most part the route is formed by forest paths and lies within a beautiful landscape of Medzihorie. Starting point of this particular cycling route is in Motocross sports complex in Veľké Uherce. From there it goes through villages of Oslany, Ľubianka, Radobica, Horná Ves, Veľké Pole part Muller, Veľké Uherce part Hrubý vrch and a manor house all the way to the train station in Veľké Uherce.

Crossroads at the turn to Čavoj – Valaská Belá – Saddle Homôlka.
The whole length of a green-marked cycling route stays within the region area. It begins at the crossroads to Čavoj, right on the turn off a yellow-marked Chvojnická spojka /8323/. Then it follows the state road through Valaská Belá and natural monument Prielom Nitrice and rises up to Saddle Homôlka where it ends.
5316 – Rematská spojka
Remata – Mountain Hotel Remata
Green-marked turn off Bojnice cycling route /2308/. The whole route runs within the territory of the region. It begins at the bus stop near Hraničný potok and then it rises to a mountain hotel Remata, where it ends.
5317 – Rokošská radiála
Prievidza – Bojnice – Saddle Šútov – Šútovce – Dlžín – Kostolná Ves – Nitrianske Rudno – Rudnianska Lehota – Saddle under Čierny vrch.
Almost whole green-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in Prievidza and continues to Bojnice towards Kanianka. Before entering the village it turns left and starts to rise to Saddle Šútov and across which it takes a strengthened field road to village of Šútovce. From then it runs to Dlžín and taking an asphalt road it goes to Kostolná Ves and Nitrianske Rudno. From there it starts to rise up through Rudnianska Lehota following the river Bystrica to Saddle under Čierny vrch. Crossing the Saddle it runs down to Kšiná, where the route ends.
5318 – Žiarska radiála
Prievidza – Kanie pysky – Saddle Štyri chotáre
The whole green-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in Prievidza at the Winter Stadium. Taking the local roads of forest park it goes to Kanie pysky above the village of Nedožery-Brezany and from there it continues to Saddle Štyri chotáre in the mountain range Žiar, where it ends.
5319 – Cigeľská spojka
Cigeľ – Sebedražie – Púšť – Prievidza.
The whole green-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in the village of Cigeľ at the turn off the blue-marked Bojnice cycling route /2308/. It runs through Sebedražie and Púšť locality to Prievidza, where it ends.
5302 – Fačkov Saddle – spojka
The whole green-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins at the turn off a yellow-marked Pravnianska radiála /8321/ at the upper end of Kľačno. From there it rises following the state road to Fačkov Saddle, where it ends.
8320 – Lehotská radiála
Prievidza – Koš – Laskár – Lehota pod Vtáčnikom.
The whole yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in Prievidza. Then it continues to run through villages of Koš and Laskár to Lehota pod Vtáčnikom, where at the meeting point of blue-marked Bojnice cycling route /2308/ it ends.
8321 – Pravnianska radiála
Prievidza – Lazany – Malinová – Nitrianske Pravno – Kľačno – Saddle Vrícko.
The whole yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in Prievidza at the crossroads of the routes at Winter Stadium. Following a strengthened field road it runs through villages of Lazany, Malinová, Nitrianske Pravno. From there the routes goes to Kľačno and there at the crossroads on the upper end of the village it turns right. Cycling route then rises up to Saddle Vrícko, where it ends.
8322 – Hradecká radiála
Prievidza – Malá Lehôtka – Hradec – Saddle under Jelení vrch.
The whole yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins in Prievidza and then it continues through the city parts of Malá Lehôtka and Hradec. It ends in Saddle under Jelení vrch, where it joins the blue-marked Bojnice cycling route /2308/.
8323 – Chvojnická spojka
Chvojnica, majer – Saddle Obšiar – Čavoj – Gápel.
The whole yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It begins at the village of Chvojnica, taking a turn off the red-marked Hornonitrianska cyklomagistrála /019/. Then it starts to rise up through Chvojnica and Čičermany Valley to Saddle Obšiar. From there it runs down to Čavoj and following forest and field roads it goes to settlement of Gápel, where it ends.
8324 – Chalmovská spojka
A turn form the red-marked cycling route – Chalmová
The whole yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region. It starts at the turn off the red-marked Hornonitrianska cyklomagistrála /019/ at the village of Bystričany and it runs to the village of Chalmová, where it ends.
YELLOW-MARKED CONNECTING CYCLING ROUTE
Ľubianka – Horná Ves – Veľké Uherce – Kolačno – Hlboké – Brodzany – Partizánske. Length: 18,5 km
Yellow-marked cycling route runs within the territory of the region only in a small part. It starts in Ľubianka and then goes through Horná Ves. Just after the village it leaves the territory of the region. It crosses a green-marked hiking trail /5412/. Then it runs around a Water Reservoir Veľké Uherce, before entering the village of Veľké Uherce it turns left and continues to go through Kolačno and around a water reservoir of the same name. In the stretch of the route from Kolačno and further it has the same path as the yellow-marked hiking trail /8141/. Taking a strengthened road it runs through the settlement of Hlboké to former chalet Ondrej. Then it follows the state road to Brodzany. It ends in Partizánske, at the bridge across the river Nitrica.
2421 – REMATA – SKLENÉ
A turn off the state road no. 50 – Remata-Sklené. Length: 4 km.
Cycling route starts at the turn off the state road Prievidza – Handlová, next to the underpass towards relax centre Remata and follows a field road to relax centre Baník at Remata. From then it goes on to a forest path to the end of the forest and across fields on the mountain ridge to the village of Sklené, where it ends. This cycling route is of medium difficulty, though suitable for children, it runs on both strengthened and not strengthened forest roads and paths with a mild elevation.
